Let me introduce myself.

Bangladeshi born Vancouver based student, currently studying Cognitive science and minoring in Interactive Arts & Technology in SFU. I have a deep passion for Front End Development, UX/UI designing and want to create a lasting impact on society using my skills. My ambition for learning with an open heart and mind includes STEM subjects, psychology and philosophy, and is not limited to spirituality, spacetime and metaphysics. I believe in creating creative solutions using design thinking.

Work Experience

Computer Programming

July 2011 - Present

Self Taught

I wrote my first "Hello World" program in 2011 and I couldn't believe I made a computer do that. That was the magical moment which ignited the spark inside me to start writing codes. I have been writing codes in Python, Java, Javascript and Dart.

Programming Teacher MLIS IT Club

January 2018 - Present

Maple Leaf International School

I am the founder and president of first very first programming club in my School called " MLIS IT Club". Because I had a vision for my future generation to learn to code and develop softwares and solve real world probelms, I faced a lot of struggle while trying to open the club, yet I succeeded. I have mentored around 300 student coed (class 6-9) basics of computer programing, web development and python. In return for my workings my school have awarded me and published my success story on the school magazine.

Friends and Families

I first took my web development bootcamp in 2016 and did several projects on it. I developed a website for my Dad's bussiness and also cloned sites like Facebook and Twitter for phising my friends just for fun. Reflecting over those experiences I have developed a concrete idea about swiftness and minimal codes and designs for the web.

Everything About Computer And The Internet

I have been working with computer from a very early age and more than a decade now and in that time I have scrutinized almost every bits about the computer and the internet. Starting from the most simplest program MS Word I have ideas about the most complex computer program right now which is the Artificial Neural Networks and it's application.

Vancouver Based Photographer

I started taking random photos with my iPhone in 2017 and later I found out I love photography. I did few online courses and because we mostly learn when we do it practically, I set out with my camera and understood it's mechanism and all the techinal keys. I learned about grids and alignment and as the years went by I became better at it everyday. I was awarded the third place at photo competition in SFU. My photos have also been featured in UBC's official instagram page and also by Urban Vancouver. Now I shoot for the Peak at SFU and was also selected to work for UBC Calendar but it got cancelled due to COVID-19.

Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

As a perpectual learner and observer, I learned overtime how professional photographers in social media i.e instagram post their photos. I learned about the color contrast and how controlling saturation and hue makes a photo look more appealing to the eyes. I got my hands into Adobe photo editing tools and tweaked and played with it untill I mastered it and now I am able to work with all the tools and edit any photos.
